Stamps
We sell both unmounted and EZ-mounted stamps. If you do not understand what this means, please contact us at shop@motivet.com

Conditions of Payment
There are two ways to pay at Motivet Rubberstamps:
1. Pay with VISA.
2. Pay with your PayPal-account.
We are flexible and if you want to pay in any different ways you can always contact us and we will see what we can do.

Delivery
We make the stamps ourselves, and if you order only stamps they will ship out within the next couple of days. The accessories we pick up at the manufacturer once a week. Orders placed on or before Monday will ship the following Wednesday. Expect 2-3 weeks delivery time.
We do not replace packages lost in the mail.

Shipping
Shipping is payed by the customer.

Returns
After contacting Motivet Rubberstamps the buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days. Only products in unopened and undamaged packaging can be returned. The buyer pays for shipping.

Reclamations:
If there is a problem with something you have purchased you have to contact us within 5 days. We will contact you on how to solve this.

Prices
Motivet Rubberstamps have the right to change the prices in the shop without notice. Items purchased are shipped at the price on the day of the order.
