All prices are in USD, shipping is excluded.

Stamps
We sell unmounted and EZ-mounted stamps as well as digital images. If you do not understand what this means, please contact us at shop@motivet.com

Conditions of Payment
There are two ways to pay at Motivet Rubberstamps:
1. Pay with VISA/MasterCard.
2. Pay with your PayPal-account.
We are flexible and if you want to pay in any different ways you can always contact us and we will see what we can do.

Delivery
If you ordered things that we stock we will ship within 3-4 days. Expect 2-3 weeks delivery time.
We do not replace packages lost in the mail.

Shipping
Shipping is payed by the customer.

Returns
After contacting Motivet Rubberstamps the buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days. Only products in unopened and undamaged packaging can be returned. The buyer pays for shipping.

Reclamations:
If there is a problem with something you have purchased you have to contact us within 5 days. We will contact you on how to solve this.

Prices
Motivet Rubberstamps have the right to change the prices in the shop without notice. Items purchased are shipped at the price on the day of the order.

Angel policy
You may use our stamps to create products such as (but not limited to) cards, wall art and bookmarks. You may sell these for profit, as long as they are hand stamped and not mechanically reproduced. Do not reproduce our stamps.
